Went hiking yesterday with my dad and sister. 8)
We went on the Eagle Creek Trail, in the Columbia River Gorge. We went as far as the high bridge. To and from plus the trail from the day use parking lot we hiked about 8 miles, maybe a little less. It was perfect hiking weather. 60 degrees, over cast with a slight breeze. Unfortunately, its going to get hot again this weekend. I want fall and winter so bad....... D8
Might be a tad blurry. I didn't feel like getting the tripod out of the case, setting it up and etc. I made do with leaping from rock to rock and attempting to hold the camera still. xD

Anyways.
Punchbowl Falls, Eagle Creek Trail, Columbia River Gorge, Oregon (not for inexperienced hikers or children. Trail gets very narrow near a 500 ft drop.)

Nice! The big log is gone! I was there a couple of years ago and there was a log laying diagonally right in front of the falls... Great shot.

Thanks! It was my first time there. Its not my favourite trail along the gorge but defiantly worth checking out. I'm a little sad that we only made it as far as the high bridge but it was starting to get dark and we didn't bring any camping gear for staying the night on the trail.
